IS PERSONAL SUCCESS ONLY IN YOUR PROFESSION?

In the last few years a lot has been said and published about how to become a professional of success. A big choice of authors , some good, some less good, share with us magic formulas to reach professional success. The number of workshops and courses has appeared out of nowhere is really amazing.
On the positive side it has made the idea of obtaining help a lot more acceptable.
But I wonder if personal success is all about professional success only...

WHAT IS COACHING?
It is to help someone change what he wants to change in order to achieve personal success.
This should extend to the various areas of life (e.g. the self, surrounding relationships), social and professional.

WHAT IS A COACH?
It is the professional that moderates the above mentioned change process by making use of all the technical knowledge acquired and who can also be called “moderator”.
